Description

 

This is a development volleyball league designed for beginner, or very minimal experience, players looking for a fun, recreational environment, while still learning and/or improving their skills in the Volleyball.

​

No volleyball experience necessary.

​

Participants

​

The league is designed for elementary and middle school students; 1st through 8th grade.  However, Kindergarten and High School students are welcome.

​

Practices and Games Location

​

Practices and Games are planned to take place at the following location:

Lake Nona YMCA Family Center

9055 Northlake Pkwy, Orlando, FL 32827

​

League Date Range

​

The League is planned to start in August 20th, 2019 and finish no later than October 12th, 2019.  

​

Practice Days

​

• Practices are planned for one hour on Tuesdays or Thursdays

• Practice time range - 5:30pm to 8:30pm, 1 hour each practice

• Practice days and times are subject to change

​

Game Days

​

Games are planned for one hour on Saturday mornings

Game days and times are subject to change

​

Season Fee

​

• $200.00

• $225.00, if registered after Friday August 16th, 2019

Required AAU Membership

​

• An AAU membership is required to participate in the Volleyball League

• An AAU membership costs $14.00

• The AAU membership can be obtained in the following link:  AAU Membership Website

• The AAU membership has to be associated with Nona Sports
